Cancellation Policy

Thank you for scheduling a virtual meeting with Perfectly Chosen Ministries LLC. To ensure a professional and seamless experience, please carefully review the following policy: 1. SCHEDULING and CONFIRMATION All virtual meetings must be scheduled in advance through the designated booking platform. A non-refundable deposit of $87.50. (half of the total session fee) is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. Once the meeting is scheduled, a confirmation email with the meeting details and secure link will be provided. Access to the virtual meeting link is for the scheduled participant only and should not be shared. 2. CANCELLSTIONS, RESCHEDULING, and NO-SHOWS If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least a 48hrs notice. Cancellations made with less than 48hrs notice will result in the forfeiture of the $87.50 deposit. If you miss your appointment without proper notice, the deposit will be forfeited, and you will be required to book a new session with a new deposit of $87.50. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment up to two times. After the second reschedule, you will need to book a regular session at $175.00 with a new deposit. 3. TECHNICAL ISSUES and CONNECTIVITY It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure a stable internet connection and functioning audio/video equipment before the meetings begin. If technical issues arise on the participant's end, the session may be canceled, and rescheduling will require a new deposit. If technical issues arise on the part of Perfectly Chosen Ministries LLC, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. 4. LATE ARRIVALS A 10-minute grace period will be allowed for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, the meeting may be canceled at the discretion of Perfectly Chosen Ministries LLC. If the meeting is canceled due to a late arrival, the deposit will be forfeited, and rescheduling will require a new deposit. 5. PROFESSINAL BOUNDARIES Virtual meetings are intended to provide support, guidance, and encouragement within the scope of Perfectly Chosen Ministries LLC. These sessions are not a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice. Referrals to licensed professionals will be provided if needed. 6. CONFIDENTIALITY All information shared during the virtual meeting is confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent.
