Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering Pastor Tanequa L. Badger for your event! Please carefully review the following booking policy to ensure a smooth and professional experience: 1. BOOKING and DEPOSIT A non- refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure the date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event. 2. CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel the event, you must notify Perfectly Chosen Ministries LLC at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. No Refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event. If the event is canceled within the required notice period, the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. 3. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS For any event requiring travel, the host is responsible for covering all travel expenses, including: Round-Trip Airfare- Pastor Tee only flies American Airlines or Delta. Hotel Accommodations- Pastor Tee requires accommodations in a hotel rated 4 stars or higher to ensure a comfortable and professional experience. Ground Transportation- The host is responsible for arranging transportation to and from the airport and the event venue. All travel arrangements must be confirmed and communicated no later than 14 days prior to the event. 4. EVENT PROMOTION and MARKETING Perfectly Chosen Ministries LLC will provide the official photo(s) of Pastor Tanequa L. Badger to be used for flyers, event banners, and other promotional materials. Pastor Tanequa L. Badger's name must appear as Pastor Tanequa L. Badger on all promotional and marketing related to the event. Any unauthorized use of Pastor Tanequa L. Badger's image or name without written consent from Perfectly Chosen Ministries LLC is prohibited. 5. EVENT EXPECTATIONS The host is responsible for ensuring the event starts on time. Any event running over the scheduled time may incur an additional fee. If the event is delayed or rescheduled without proper notice, Pastor Tee reserves the right to cancel the engagement without refund. 6. FORCE MAJEURE In the event of circumstances beyond control (such as extreme weather, illness, or travel disruptions), Pastor Tee will work with the host to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be issued at Pastor Tee's discretion upon receiving proper documents. By proceeding with the booking, the host agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. Thank you!
