A high level, immersive session designed to move you out of surface level success and into a deeper alignment and intentional living. This experience identifies core patterns, redefines your internal operating system, and introduces the shifts required for you to step into a more significant and aligned version of yourself.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Perfectly Chosen Ministries LLC for your mentoring sessions. Please carefully review the following policy: 1. SCHEDULING and PAYMENT All mentoring sessions require full payment of $225.99 at the time of booking. Once booked, a confirmation will be sent with session details. 2. CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If canceled within 48hrs, half of the session fee will be refunded to account for the reserved time. Cancellations made with less than 48hrs notice will result in forfeiture of the full fee. Clients may reschedule once without penalty; after that, a new booking is required at the full rate. 3. NO-SHOWS and LATE ARRIVALS Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, the session may be cancelled at the discretion of Perfectly Chosen Ministries LLC, and the fee will not be refunded. 4. EmpoHER RISE PACKAGE The EmpoHER Rise package inludes three sessions for $609.99 and is valid for two months from the date of the first session. Clients with this package may reschedule up to two times without penalty. Any unused sessions after two months will be forfeited. If a session is missed without proper notice, the session will be forfeited. 5. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES Mentoring sessions provide spiritual guidance and personal development within the expertise of Perfectly Chosen Ministries LLC. Sessions are not substitute for professional therapy and/or medical advice. Referrals to licensed professionals will be provided if needed. 6. CONFIDENTIALITY All information shared during the session will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
