The Complimentary Virtual Advocacy Call is a confidential phone or virtual meeting for women facing domestic violence situations who are seeking support, guidance, and access to available resources. This 30-minute conversation provides space to talk through your current situation, identify immediate needs, and explore practical next steps. A member of our team will help you review available options and connect you with relevant support resources based on your circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for scheduling a free advocacy appointment with a member of the Perfectly Chosen Ministries team. We are honored to support you and look forward to connecting with you. Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth and professional experience: 1. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION and SCHEDULING * All advocacy appointments are free of charge; however, appointments must be scheduled in advance. * Once the appointment is scheduled, a confirmation via email with appointment details will be sent. * For virtual appointments, a secure link will be provided upon confirmation. 2. APPOINTMENT CACELLATIONS and NO-SHOWS * If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48hrs notice. * Failure to cancel or reschedule within 48hrs will be considered a no-show. * After one no-show, any future appointments will require booking a regular session at $99.99. * You are allowed to reschedule up to two times. After the second reschedule, you will need to book a regular session at $99.99 to secure a future appointment. 3. LATE ARRIVALS * If you are running late, please notify the team as soon as possible via email or by phone at 602.731.5995. * For in-person and phone appointments, a 10-minute grace period will be allowed. After 10 minutes, the appointment may be canceled at the discretion of Perfectly Chosen Ministries LLC. * For virtual appointments, if you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be canceled, and rescheduling will be subject to availability. 4. CONFIDENTIALITY * All information shared during the appointment will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. * Perfectly Chosen Ministries LLC respects your privacy and will not disclose any personal details without your written consent, except as required by law. 5. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES * Advocacy appointments are intended to provide support, guidance, and encouragement within the scope of expertise of Perfectly Chosen Ministries LLC. * These sessions are not substitutes for professional therapy or medical advice. * Referrals to licensed professionals will be provided if needed.
